Would my game be rejected if I hid a Nintendo enemy in a secret area?

I myself am not sure - though I've heard things like easter eggs are OK, so long as it's subtle. You could always take it out after and reupload the project if it does get rejected.

if its something small that dosent really have anything important than sure why not..
