So... What type of game do we plan on making?

How about an RPG... Like UnderTale! I'n UnderTale, you can choose either to fight or not to fight the enemy! We could do that! Or... a normal RPG... Let's think names first though.

How about the story be... A child(I think should be gender neutral) finds a portal into another world! where they find many magical creatures! And they can't get back home without the(Thing...) the ruler of the place has... Ohhh! Purrfect! What do you think of that? How about GateLand! GateLand will be the name of the game! Well... If you think it's ok... Also, i'm Caty. not 2 t's

All of those ideas are rad... I would rather do a normal RPG. Still needs to be creative... In my opinion I think it would be great to have a female protagonist, because there aren't many of those. I am also sorry for butchering your name, Caty. I look forward to working with you. Get back to me asap with some character sprite ideas.

What about having it so some enemys change how the fight works. Like you moving something to avoid being hit. Also, i would like to know what you want the games story to be. Also I think there should be many, and i mean many secrets. And a big backstory to each character. I am working on what the protagonists story is... I want something everyone can relate to... Or something a little sad...

@Caty i like the idea where you jump out of the way to avoid being hit, but that seems a little tricky to program... i like the game idea though so what should i do first?

Love your work Caty, but Nate is correct about that being tricky to program. Though I think the main protagonist should have grey hair... it may be weird so let me see how it looks... just experiment.

i could probably program the rest just probably not where you have to hit a button to avoid...

I work very well with button input Ill experiment with it. Also I am beginning to work on the Title screen

How about we make two games. One where theres a story for the characters, and another where you fight as all of them. I meant touch screen. Here is the gray hair! I can't animate either... So Nate. Another thing you can do(If you know how to animate) is A: teach me how B: You animate.(This choice to me seems better for you to learn more about what each character looks like.

I have a question, can we make our own music? I really want to make music for the game... i just don't know if we can...

Enemys! That blue bird is based of of a Amalgamate in another RPG. That flower is based of of an enemy(Actually a goat) that you fight 3 times in Undertale. 1 at the beginning and ending and true ending. I think that i should work on the backstorys and storys of characters... boi!

Love the enemy sprites! I don't wanna work on two games at once. Let's try not to clone Undertale too much but the idea is nice. Here is the game download Code. Uh... game will probably be a top down perspective, to reduce complications... By the way, Nate let me know if you have any ideas before plans are made so we don't have to backtrack.
