If I make a game using SmileBASIC am I allowed to sell my creation?

Would it be legal or illegal?

I don't think there is any way you could sell it, and all the sprites, sounds, ect. are probably owned by SmileBoom. I'm not sure if it would be illegal. Not to mention that even if you did anyone could reupload it.
