Can somebody help me with this code I am trying to be able to move my sprite with control sticks while a spanim is running? I don't know how.

I'm pretty sure running spset every frame resets the position. Also, what does "xy" mean? It looks like a string containing letters, not a number.

I fixed the sp animation but i still need help. The enemy's spaceship i made doesn't detect my bullets? anybody know how to fix that?
