from what i know it wont but you can fill you memory on your system if you make/download too many programs.

well in terms of 2ds hardware if you make a giant animal crossing newleaf save you can codekill your 2ds the more you have a system on the closer it is to running out of memory...so no it wouldnt kill your 2ds you would just run out of memory and have to buy more sdcard space

Yeah, there's really no way this could permanently damage your system. The app itself could crash, but only rarely, and all it would do would restart the system.

big sd cards are cheaper now, i have a 32gb for my system that cost me around $20 at walmart, I have over 40 big download games on it and still have ample space, theres a bigger question to ask
