Probably. The DSiWare version had some great programs made for it, so even if you aren't planning on doing any programming yourself you can still download some fun stuff that other people have made.

Only if you're willing to put in the time it takes to learn. I did back on the DSi version and I loved it. So if you really really wanna do it, definitely buy it.

It's worth buying purely on concept alone for anyone who appreciates programming. It has an admittedly high learning curve compared to other apps available on the eShop and touch screen keyboards always suck but more apps like this need to exist!
