Yep no BF, unless hal lab says that you can use the sprites. Make a clone of it with the same concept. No copyrighted stuff according to smileBoom

Darn. Well, I was only going to make it to see if I could anyways, so not a big loss.

I'm pretty sure you can, but if you publish it onto sb's server, you might face risks of penalty. But we don't really know much as of now.
