just a simple physics ball

Hmmm.... Go into the edit mode of the game type Gcircle and look at the in game help menu, scroll to the bottom of the Gcircle help page and look at examples whatever is in examples type it, and that should give you an ball that cant move.

You may want to start with something easier. Like just make the ball move, actual physics have proven difficult for me.
