It's called Cave Island, the key is YKSKEX36, and I figured it out! (Slight swearing when you do, though - might put it out of the running for the Ogiri contest, actually...)

Swearing? I think it's mild and appropriate enough, seeing that he's an ill-tempered skeleton from the realm of the dead (and definitely not the Heaven type). Don't worry about Ogiri since this was a Japanese-only game. And yeah, the Stopwatch gives us a huge hint there ;)
