in painting workshop the resolution is better than comic workshop.it's a full paiting workshop.you can do layers.

Leo/Doshi an app is coming this thursday for 3ds.is called anime workshop.is made by the people who made painting workshop and comic workshop.is this one you can make animations.it does pixel art but i don't know if you can do high quality drawings like the regular workshop apps.
