I'm completely new too, but there is a Modem you can get that must be downloaded onto the 3DS and PC to send sprites. Hope that helps!

I have a complete sprite sheet and stills for a Viking era, Sim City style sandbox game. I would also love to make a Syndicate Plus style game, all of my work is Isometric!
