So far, I'm making concepts for a SRPG that take major influence from Shadowrun and Shinning Force with a Dieselpunk backdrop for the setting.

You use Petitmodem to import/export images, you should be able to find with a simple Google search. Aa recording there should be some be some method or program just keep lookin.

By the way, what advice can you give if you want to make a SRPG?

Very intricate, if only there was a translated version it's kind of of pain to play RPGs not in your native language.
