*An The thing is that when I use SPSET on a sprite I wanna use but ends up showing in the top left handed corner with a peek of a different sprite AND its small And i dont know how to do SPSCALE to fix it, i need help with locating it in the center of the screen, also how do u make it just the sprite without a peek of a different sprite being above it?

so i made some sprites for nichy but why are they split?! i'v seen spites with the sized i used how come >.< any help and if you dont know then dont bother because people who think only neards are aloud to play the game are wrong so is there any advice
