How do u get a witch sprite to go onto the screen?

Omgoodness!!! Im getting the hang of this, wow...well atleast at this... Anywho, Lookin' at some sprites and saw the witch one actually made me think of a game to make while learning, So im calling it The true Witchcraf! yeah, its pretty good when it comes to thought but Some peeps need to help me along the way (once i say u can) but ok I'll try and Update you guys about it when I get the chance.

so i made some sprites for nichy but why are they split?! i'v seen spites with the sized i used how come >.< any help and if you dont know then dont bother because people who think only neards are aloud to play the game are wrong so is there any advice
