@Joshua set your default project folder as that game and open the main game in the SmileBASIC editor, next just load the level maker and press Start, then go into Smiletool and open paint, then open one of the files. You can also use a different editor which i have that makes everything so easy but i don't have a link to the page for it. I'll find one right now.
