yes i was but i took a while its great for like in the middle of the game but not for the beginning if you know what i mean :)

the walking is a liitle chopy and you should make the maze a little easer(because it is the beging of the game) and make your buildings just a little more 3d like. you are doing good i can see i will love this game when it comes out good job its looking good so far :)

I believe can be in this only because they are not getting mony for it and it is still from Nintendo so they are not losing anything therefore I believe it's ok.
