How do i get it i am from erope so yeah.I want to program something

I have a couple questions about sprites: 1:How do I enlarge one 2:How do I put it in the middle of the screen I'd be happy if anyone could answer these.:)

Anyone know the code for a rpg battle system? I use to code with other programs but I seem to have trouble with this. Also, how do use a sprite you have created? I don't understand the SPset command too well. Also my sprites are always showing in pieces and not the full sprite, how do I fix that? Thank you.
