Can someone help me make my selection menu for my game? I'm not that good with sprite code.

Can anyone help me use BGGET to make a sprite collide with layer 2 of the map? Also, I want the sprite to appear on the little island in the middle of the map. Any help is appreciated. :]

I'm very interested in getting this, but I'm wondering, how many programs/games can I make, as many as my SD card holds? Cuz I found out my drawing app (Colors!3d) has a maximum of paintings I can make, so my 32gb SD has plenty of space, but I'd want to know I wouldn't have to delete stuff to make/download others because of file space.
