I find it surprising for people to make SB clans. Is it because you're tired of asking for better programmers to help you? Because you feel more professional that way? I'm not going to stop you, but if your goal is to become a better programmer, you won't really go anywhere with clans. Miiverse is super bad for organization, and just in case you didn't notice, good programmers don't do clans.
