If you delete Sys32 on a windows computer that has MS-DOS and then restart you can get it back with the file on the disk. Windows 8,8.1,10 have a "recovery mode" where it reinstalls Sys32. But on Windows 7 there is a way to delete it and disable command prompt. If you do so your computer will no longer boot and will be renderd useless.
