Yeah, misunderstanding copyright laws doesn't make it okay. This is copying properties (the Zelda universe) that someone else owns and doesn't want used without permission (copyright). If you distribute the materials (copyright infringement) like this, SmileBoom has to remove it or the owner (Nintendo) warns (Cease and Desist) to stop using their properties unlawfully, or takes legal action.
