so this is how you would make a... game map... so if i create a map, and somehow make a charicter that i can control, then... would that be just that i can walk around, or do i have to do something to the game, like adding a title screen...? what would happen? oh and if so where would the character spawn?

yeah, im trying to learn all the basics before jan. 13th (or 15th) because we have... stuff, and long car drives, so i need to learn so i can do stuff on car trips, how long would you say it takes to learn a basic code, or make a basic game?...? i want something alone the lines of a basic 2d game with guns. or some weapon... idk,.. something.

Well, if your wanting to make a game, your on the wrong screen. What your on is something else. If you want to make a game, you have to code it first, with a coding language called BASIC.

The basics are in the built in manual, go through that on your car trip and make sure you understand all of it.
