Looks like the building in the village in Miner Life.

It'd look much better if you use custom sprites

Keep in mind Wakko,maybe this is his first game/or just finds it easier to use the presets.

Um... all the sprites on the screen are unique except the mom on the left. I changed the dragons colors and made my own main character.
