I guess you should swap second argument (O) and third one (MAP). And, in my opinion, you've miswritten "O" instead of zero.

Are the filenames of your map data "SC_SP_4_L0"-"SC_SP_4_L3"? If so, replace STR$(1) with STR$(I).

If that doesn't work, try DIM MAP%[8888] and replace 'MAP' with 'MAP%'.

Your "O" on line 40 should be an "I"
