Umm, that's literally just the character you play as in 3Dparkour by Simeon.

@Jacob I know, I included it in BLOODSTREAMS BATTLES: ZERO HOIUR to replace Freddy Fazbear (which is an unlockable character)

Be sure to give the flag its colorful texture from the latest updates to 3D Parkour!
