so how does one make a filled circle or fill an already drawn one?

Try `GCIRCLE X,Y,RADIUS,COLOR` and then `GPAINT X,Y,COLOR` to fill it.

I am faily certain that gpaint will fill a box not circle and ill see if I can find it

GFILL is a filled box, GPAINT works like the fill tool in stuff like MS Paint.
