Yes, it's worth it. This is the greatest and cheapest programming game on the 3DS. Even if programming isn't your cup of tea, there are many amazing games you can download in SmileBasic.
yes its one of the best 3ds apps I have ever gotten, it takes a while to get to know the controls and to navigate the menus but its an amazing app.

I would say yes because it's a very simple coding language(as long as you really try to learn) and there are plenty (used to be a lot more) of people to help you along the way. And like J.P said, there are plenty of games that have already been made by other users.
