"Shift one key to the left on a QWERTY keyboard". Look at your computer keyboard or the in-game keypad screen. "WSX" becomes "QAZ" if shifted one key to the left. Now, reread memo B.

Stuck on another. A passcode that rhymes with Heaven Gate Sign (1189) you used on the FIRST panel, then this shows (screenshot). What the heck???

How come i'm the only one who doesn't get it?! I DON'T WANT HINTS! and i'm not actually very good at even things out...UGH! this game is terrible...its too hard!

@Dom_Unique Those green squares represent plants. In what room are the plants placed like that? Those numbers tell you what order to spray the plants in. You will have to spray 2 plants twice, in the order the memo says, because you have to use up all of the spray.

I don't have the spray, but thanks, the panel bit though is what I don't understand, "another passcode that rhymes with Heaven Gate Sign" which is eleven eight nine... and it says to type it in the first panel, but I can only type three....

OOPS I DIDN'T READ YOUR PREVIOUS COMMENT (Well I did, but i just skimmed it)! You got the HEAVEN GATE SIGN part wrong too. Each number represented in that password is one digit, because there are 3 numbers represented in the password, and the password panel ur supposed to enter it in(The one where you entered 710 in) only fits 3 digits. To shorten it up, i'll tell you that you got the GATE SIGN

@Dom_Unique Memorize the location or coordinates(to simplify it)of the spot where the light is pointing at. Then, go upstairs and go to the spot with the same coordinates of the light downstair's location. Walk up to it and press A.
