Yes..... But ive seen People Program songs that are popular like "Stressed Out" or "Yellow Submarine" and it not get taken down. I would make one myself but to me, the mml system on here is a Little confusing.
They probably just weren't paid much attention to. I heard someone published the Super Mario Bros. 3 theme and it got taken down pretty quick. Just be careful with that sort of thing.
