Enter just runs the program and how do i start a new project that is completely clear?

to clear the screen you type ‘acls’ or save the project and make a new one by going to the main menu.

You can also save the program you're on, and erase the code from Edit mode.

To delete all the code currently in the editor, use the command NEW This won't delete code that's been saved to files.
