Cris, you have no grounds for accusing him of stealing your idea or stopping him, since neither of you have released a complete Pong. It's OK to have the same idea and work on the same thing by coincidence, but whoever finishes it first has the bragging right.
Right now it only makes you look like you're trying to squash the competition by accusing people, when you can't even move your ball.
