can someone explain sprite collision to me pls? I think i will have to use it soon thanks.

Sprite collision can be a bit tedious. In my opinion, I'd say the best way to go about it is to have 5 different collision boxes, one active hitbox for the main loop, and one for each direction of movement. Each box should be redefined as you need them. Hope that helps

I was just wondering because my 3ds said you haven't been online in 4 days. I can't figure out how to work the enemies... Maybe I could find someone to help on that and I'll pass along the code to show you how to do it!

yea that might be a good idea and i turned off the ability for people to see my online status because one of my "friends" whould not leave me alone. i will turn it back on now.

I thought I was making you work too much on my game and you didn't like that. Also, Paper Jam is awesome! Paper Mario is really strong, and can do a ton of cool stuff! The amiibo support is great and helps me quite frequently in battles!

no i enjoyed it. if you need help with things like varriables and loops i will be more than happy to help you ,but i am still learning how sprites work(as you can see) so i got stuck. btw how has your week been.

You can have a backround collision as well, but it works a little bit diferently. To check for a backround tile, you'll need your X/Y positions divided by 16, otherwise you won't be checking where you are. Also it will ignore uneven divisions. 160/16 and 175/16 will both read as 10.
