Definitely! I also find screwing up the sample programs a great way to learn... in the original 'DOT RACER' game, I made the dots cause death too, made the speed have no limit, built the maze ENTIRELY out of dots, and even made the maze say 'YOU SUCK' XD

Oh, those were originally 24 x 24 pixel buttons. I didn't make them half sprites, it's just that since most of the default sprites follow a 16 x 16 pixel format, when you stopped the sprite sheet from loading it still made the sprites 24 x 24. In other words, a 16 and a half, so that sprite is just wide enough to cut into half of the coin sprite afterwards.
