First, copy the program/GRP file to where you want, then delete the duplicate on the other project. Hope that woks for you.

To unlock Sbaitso, Kakutou or Spaceman in BB[N]3DS, create a file named "SBAITSOII2", "KAKUTOU" or "SPACECADET" in the "BB" folder.
