The only things I don't like about it is how weird the attack hitboxes are, it seems to be a problem with a lot of SmileBASIC games.

[Continued] The lighting splits into two horizontally moving fireballs when it hits the ground. The dragon itself mainly flies around the room.

I would like to suggest a Baby Dragon Boss. The room you fight it in has spike walls. It has several different attacks. The first is a Basic fireball that moves foward. The second is a slow moving homing fireball. For the third attack the Dragon will pick you up and throw you into the wall of spikes. The fourth is lightning that comes from the sky…
