Heh, funny, I know a lot of programmers who love dogs and put them in there games, (like toby fox) but I have never heard of a cat lover programmer...

So sorry for the delay...it IS my first game after all...

When the timer runs out of time, and you die, and then you come back, the timer is frozen and doesn't work...I'll have to get some help with that, but it will most likely delay the release date...as sad as it is. but other then that, it's completely finished.

Progress update! All I have left to do is proof reading and playtesting...unfortunately my playtester, (and sister) ran into a glitch with the timer part of my game...

The coolest part about this sprite, is that it's not even in shovel knight yet. XD

Actually, it was surprisingly hard. making it was easy, but this pixel specter knight image is nowhere else but on yacht club games website, and, the image on yacht club games website is a animated short that cannot be paused, so, using a iphone, I found a way to freeze the part of the animation that I wanted to recreate on SB, so, after 2 hours, I got my new screenshot!

Clepto is was making a game on smilebasic, but he decided to continue making it, but for steam. (the game will likely cost about 5 bucks he said)

The only things I have left to do: 1)program the credits. 2)edit majorly the extras screen. 3)proof reading. (by my brother) 4)program the cheat menu. 5)maybe add a few more easter eggs. And that really is all I have left.

After i release The everything quiz™ i will continue learning programming. And, i want to create more of a...platform/puzzle game rather then the kind of game this is.

The fail screen will randomly generate a sentence at the center with funny references and insults. (using RND) :D
