Beta update vers 1.9 of Stick Жarfare™ is now ready, of course if we were going by everytime i updated it, it would be more like update 109.1, but this is mainly just for bigger updates. this is the testing vers of my game, mostly we have nothing here... just mostly getting ready to release the demo vers... oh and im getting ready for my 200 FOLLOWERS special... i have a problem, so ive been trying to do BGcollision, and everything i try just fails and does nothing, first i thought i was doing it wrong, so finally i tracked it down to my jumping code, after testing this on 3 working BGcollision games it was very clear that it was the cause, but i cant figure out why. so if anyone can tell me how to fix it or just a better code to use, please do tell me.

This is kind of an inventory test.. i think it could work.. with a lot of coding/trial and error.. also,i forgot how 2 display more than one sprite on-screen, when i try it just replaces the one i was using with another one instead of adding another one one the screen,so how do i do that? oh and if PChicken sees this, i just wanted to know what item you want me to make named/modelled after you.

ok i got most of my data written back in.. phew.. that could have been bad... i was copying and pasting my graphics data when i tryed to save... (see my post before this) so i got those back...

that actually looks pretty good... how do i make it so i can press a button on the touch screen, like a to pause the game. would i code it to sense if i touch a certain part of the screen?

I help with loops

in general i know how to use loops, but ive never used them,... and now i see the error in my ways, so if anyone has good tips, or ways to correctly use them that would be great. 1 question, do i put a different loop for everything like: @mainloop @walking @jumping @enemy @mainloop i just have no idea..

i have XSCREEN 3 DISPLAY 1 when i try to print text on the touch screen it moves the sprite and map to the touch screen, i want it to leave everything on the top screen and print on only the touch screen, how do i do this?

why does XSCREEN 3 DISPLAY 1 make a lot of problems with most of my other code? i just want to put text on the touch screen, is there a special place to put this or another way to do it?

oh thats actually a good idea... i went from my enemy folder to my game folder and the hp bar stayed there, maybe that (the weird alter thing) could be some sort of a bomb, or a generator. with that i could make a bomb minigame, so if my sprite collides with that (it would be a sprite) then i press a as fast as possible and deactivate them, it will go faster and faster and if one blows:game over

ok so i coded him so when he dies it prints, defeated, and does that sprite. im actually happy the way this turned out, but sadly it wont last for long as im (pretty) sure that making the hp bar stay with the sprite will be much harder..., goodbye enemy hp bar code thingy... hello darkness, lol jk. incase some of you dident know, im leaving to a tournament and will be in the car for hours,

im working on an enemy, so far i have a working hp bar, that is green at a certain amount of health, yellow at about half, and red when near gone, i have a code that lets him randomly walk around (not yet added) and MAYBE one that targets the player when at a certain view area. i got tired of trying to figure out the bg collision,but i still need help. many thanks to Hanzo for giving me the code.

this is the last post on this subject. (hopefully) i would like to make tile #422 stop the sprite, like so it dosent pass through it, like an object, like yeah this post. (lol jk) so PChicken helped me out, a lot (@PChicken, if your reading this, thank you) but i still dont have it fully... done/correct as it still does nothing. if you can just help finish this it would be GREATLY appreciated.
