I NEED HELP. how do i make text appear in the middle of the screen.

my friend told me about this anime i should watch its called Heavens lost property. my friend watches a lot of messed up animes like extremely weird animes. so if i dont post anything in three days im at a mental hospital. because we all know that japan makes really weird stuff sometimes. no efence
