wip "the bomb mob"- it's a 2d tactic/sandbox fighting game. you can destroy terrain but not create.

yeah, i closed the last one, if you dont know, this is a btd like game 2 or 3 people were helping including cipher and blastoice. please help, and thank you in advance.

Shifted some things around in this menu. Also got the up/down scroll bar buttons working, and I added a negative button to the keyboard for DETUNE and the few things that need it. Still trying to decide how to execute the tone list...
