how do you save in this

This is a simple question. Ok, so in my game, "Would you rather" should i add in other languages? Please do note that i would translate the words using a translater. Answers and suggestions are always appreciate. Thanks!

I have to say, this demo was fun but slightly difficult. The controls are a little hard to get used to, but besides that i think this game has Lots of potential! I can't wait until the full release, great job!
